£14PH Food Preparation and Basic Cooking under the Supervision of a CDP / Section Chef
CDP
£17PH Oversee a kitchen section. Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes. Helping the Sous and Head Chef to develop new dishes or menus. Monitor Portion and Waste Control.
Sous Chef
£18.50PH Ensuring that the kitchen maintains high culinary standards. Maintaining storage. Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. Helping to create new recipes and write menus.
Head Chef
£19.50PH Overall responsibilities for daily operations in the kitchen. Purchasing food orders with suppliers. Maintaining and raising profit margins on food. Producing menus and new dishes. Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of Chefs.
All prices are excl. VAT and may be liable for up to 50% of travel expenses.
