Commis Chef

Food Preparation and Basic Cooking under the Supervision of a CDP / Section Chef


Oversee a kitchen section. Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes. Helping the Sous and Head Chef to develop new dishes or menus. Monitor Portion and Waste Control.

Sous Chef

Ensuring that the kitchen maintains high culinary standards. Maintaining storage. Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. Helping to create new recipes and write menus.

Head Chef

Overall responsibilities for daily operations in the kitchen. Purchasing food orders with suppliers. Maintaining and raising profit margins on food. Producing menus and new dishes. Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of Chefs.

All prices are excl. VAT and may be liable for up to 50% of travel expenses.
