    The reason we use this basis: We may share your details if we are legally obliged to, E.G. If you are an employee and we must send your Tax Details to the HMRC.

    The reason we use this basis: We will categorise our candidates based on any special needs due to having separate facilities for Adults with Disabilities. Any additional needs may be shared with third parties if student is gaining Employment.
    We process your information in the following ways: We keep secure files of all trainees at StedyChefs, ensuring that they can only be accessed by those with significant control.
    Data retention period: Until termination or consent is removed.
    Sharing your information: We may share your information with third parties.

  • Lawful basis: Criminal offence data
    The reason we use this basis: We will keep data of any criminal offenses through DBS Checks. These may be sent to local authorities for checks on our establishment or they could be sent to potential employers.
    We process your information in the following ways: We keep our DBS Checks secure, ensuring that they can only be accessed by those with significant control.
    Data retention period: Until termination or consent is removed.
    Sharing your information: We do not share your information with third parties.
