Events & Festival Staff
Why choose StedyChefs Event Staffing?
It’s no secret that customer service is our number one priority. We don’t rest until our clients’ hiring needs are met.
Our staff have all worked at a number of events and festivals, they are used to working under pressure and in extremely busy conditions, whilst maintaining a positive attitude. This ranges from concerts, festivals, army bases, race days, sporting events, etc. We can also provide references if needed.
On larger events, we do send a supervisor who is usually a Director or a Senior member of staff, just to ensure that the whole event runs smoothly and takes a weight off your shoulders! Our staff will travel anywhere, we are based in Liverpool however we have traveled as far as Scotland and Ireland!
Depending on the number of staff, and where about the events will be, we can negotiate travel expenses. We do keep this to a minimum by using a minibus and can sometimes waiver these.
All our staff are polite, well presented, well trained, professional waiters/waitresses, bar staff, barista staff, floor staff, head waiters, and front of house managers.
All our chefs have also worked on some major events this year providing fantastic meals of a massive volume traveling up and down the country, camping at place to place.

Requirements
If you're in a hurry to find a member of staff, send us over an email to info@stedy-chefs.co.uk - We will request all the details required to get you onto our system.
Preferences
We will send you details about the member of staff we are going to be providing you with. Once you confirm that you are satisfied with this, we can send them out to complete the shift.
Invoices
You must pay your invoices for the services carried out. These will be sent by our Factoring and Invoicing company who will go through all details with yourself.
Repeat Business
When all goes smoothly, we will have all of your details secured in line with GDPR requirements on our system. We will then be able to supply your staff on demand (dependant on availability).
